Do you have to have a forza game on your record? Horizon 3 is my first and I got the deluxe edition which doesn’t release till the 27th

I’m a little bitter towards FH3 right now. It seems to require Windows 10 anniversary edition, which happens to break my internet. But I didn’t know that until I bought it. So I own it, but can’t play it. One day I’ll join the club.
